2. DIE HEAD
PVC sheet die head made from 45# steel tempered and surface with Cr-plating.

3.CONTROL CABINET
Mild steel fabricated cabinet with controls mounted on fascia plate.
Comprising power on lamps. ampere meters for main drive motor and heating points.
voltage meter for main drive motor. main drive stop/start switch. emergency stop button.
temperature controllers PID style (RKC brand) and switch for barrel, flange and die head. screw speed meter. digital display gage for melt pressure and temperature.
Frequency converter controller: ABB brand.
Other electrical appliance. (import or foreign joint venture in China)

4. Three roller calender
Roller diameter: 120mm; length: 250mm
Roller surface galvanized, polished
Up roller without power, up and down manually adjusting;
Middle roller is fixed type;
Bottom roller: up and down manually adjusting, driven by motor, 0.37KW. Controlled by ABB AC inverter. 
Roller speed: 0.2-2m/min

5. Winder 
Driven by torque motor, power: 0.37kw. The winder is dismantle type.
There is one 1000*500mm working platform. The three roller calender and winder are put on this working platform. Between the winder and calender, there is wheel damping device.

At the extruder control panel, install electricity consumption meter and each phase voltage meter.
